The association covers Great Britain and Northern Ireland, divided into districts, each district consisting of a number of branches. Branches and districts have their own officials: Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer. Those who for various reasons choose not to join a branch, may join directly as direct members.

The management of the Association is vested, by the constitution, in the council, which consists of national officers, and a representative from each district.
